Title:                     Program Supervisor
Salary:                  $18.25 per hour
Work Location:   Salem, MA
Hours:                  37.5 hours per week, M-F with some weekends/evenings required

Employee Profile:
The Program Supervisor for the Employment and Training programs assumes administrative and leadership role for a specific program or service assuring that all consumer, business, and contractual agreements and objectives are met.  S/he develops and maintains positive working relationships with consumers, families, host employer and funding sources. The Program Supervisor also maintains a caseload ensuring participants’ access to an array of employment, job training, and educational opportunities. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills both oral and written; supervision skills, ability to work independently in a team environment and be flexible to meet program needs; knowledge and respect for diverse population.  Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record, use of vehicle, and willingness to drive program participants in own and/or agency vehicle. Desire to do meaningful work and make a difference in someone’s life a must. Bachelor’s degree and five years related experience or Associates’ degree plus seven years. Bilingual/bicultural experience is an asset.
